James L. Ducey
For the past 20 years, James L. Ducey ("Jim") has been an Investigator with Beckett & Webber. Prior to joining the team here at Beckett and Webber, Jim had law enforcement training and experience.
During his tenure with the firm, Jim has investigated a multitude of DUI cases, family law matters, personal injury cases, felony criminal and felony murder cases. He has testified in both Federal and State Courts, and has a very good working realtionship with State, Local and Federal Law Enforcement agencies.

Richard L. Noble
Richard L. Noble ("Rick") has over 15 years experience as a police officer and police investigator. He has been a licensed private investigator for Beckett and Webber for the past 12 years. He is a certified Technical Traffic Accident Investigator and At Scene Traffic Accident Investigator thru Northwestern University's Traffic Institute.
Rick is also an 11 year veteran official with NASCAR. Rick works in the safety department assuring drivers safety. He is also a pit road official making penaity calls during the race.
